A delicious date banana bread recipe made in your food processor! Refined sugar and oil-free but still sweet and very moist. This recipe is also dairy and gluten-free, but you'd never guess! You will also need a food scale for this recipe. Freezes beautifully.
Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
Add all of the ingredients to your food processor.
Blend until fairly smooth.
Pour batter into a greased or nonstick bread pan.
Place in the oven and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
